Sentinel Creative – Terms of Service and Licence Agreement

Company: Sentinel Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”)

These Terms of Service and Licence Agreement (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of all digital assets (“Assets”) supplied by Sentinel Creative. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using our Assets, you (“Licensee”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Grant of Licence

1.1 Upon purchase, Sentinel Creative grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Assets.

1.2 This licence is granted indefinitely until revoked by Sentinel Creative in accordance with these Terms.

1.3 Title and ownership of the Assets shall remain at all times with Sentinel Creative. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

2.1 You may use the Assets within one FiveM server operated or developed by you.

2.2 You may share the Assets only with your Development Team, defined strictly as individuals with authorised access to your server’s backend for the purposes of server development or management.

2.3 If a member leaves your Development Team, they must immediately delete all Assets in their possession.

2.4 You may extend the use of the Assets to one FiveM server on which you are an active player. If you cease to be an active member of that server, the Assets must be removed promptly by that server.

3. Restrictions

You must not, under any circumstances:

3.1 Resell, redistribute, transfer, lease, or sublicense the Assets in any manner unless extended use to a server per section 2.4.

3.2 Edit, modify, or alter the models contained within the Assets.

3.3 Edit, modify, or alter the textures of the Assets unless we have expressly provided an editable file (e.g., Photoshop PSD) for that purpose.

3.4 Distribute the Assets outside your authorised Development Team or the permitted extended use under clause 2.4.

3.5 Claim authorship or original creation of the Assets. When asked, you must acknowledge Sentinel Creative as the creator of the Assets.

4. Revocation of Licence

4.1 Sentinel Creative reserves the right to revoke your licence at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms.

4.2 Revocation will be notified to you via email and/or Discord where possible.

4.3 Upon notification of revocation, you must remove all Assets within 24 hours from your servers, development environments, and storage systems.

5. Refunds

5.1 All purchases of Assets are final and non-refundable.

5.2 By purchasing an Asset, you acknowledge that you waive any statutory right to cancellation in respect of digital products once access has been granted.

6. Liability

6.1 All Assets are provided “as is” without any warranty as to functionality, fitness for purpose, or compatibility.

6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Assets.

7. Variation of Terms

7.1 Sentinel Creative reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion.

7.2 Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Assets after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms and the licence granted herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sentinel Creative in relation to the Assets and supersede all prior discussions, understandings, or agreements.

By purchasing or using our Assets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
